You can find the Alipay payment option at checkout, select it, and fill out the details.

Product support

Currently, Alipay does not support Datacenter Pay/IP plans, Static Residential (ISP) Pay/IP plans, and Residential trials. Please use another payment method.

Alternatively, top up your Smart Wallet with tokens via Alipay and then purchase these plans with the tokens.

Please ensure that you do not use a VPN while making a purchase to avoid checkout errors.

Payment processing

Alipay payments are handled by our payment processor, Cleverbridge. Any issues are addressed on their side. It might take 2-4 business days for an Alipay payment to be processed. You will receive an email confirming the payment once it has successfully finished processing.

• If payments take longer to process than described above, please click here to contact our support team.
• Alternatively, you can contact Cleverbridge support directly via email [email protected] and clarify why it is taking longer than usual to process this payment.

How to apply for a refund

1. Please contact our support team by clicking here to request a refund.
2. If you are eligible, you will need to fill out a form. Once you have done that, our payment processor will handle the rest.

• If the refund request takes more than five business days to review or process, please inform us. We will then contact Cleverbridge on your behalf to clarify why it is taking longer than usual to approve or issue the refund.
