407 Proxy Authentication Error

The HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required error response indicated that the request has been unsuccessful due to lack of valid authentication credentials for the proxy server.

Here are the steps we suggest when facing the error:

• Double-check your user:pass credentials in the Smartproxy Dashboard.
• If you are using the Whitelisted IP authentication, check if you are connected to the same IP address.
