Restricted targets
Restricted targets with mobile proxies
All of our proxy types come with a default list of restricted websites that we apply to all our customers.

Check out our Do you have any blocked sites? page.
These restricted websites are:
- Banking and other financial activities (anything related to financial institutions and cryptocurrency financing)
Government sites - Entertainment (e.g., Netflix)
- Apple/Google stores
- Ticketing
- Gaming
- Mailing *
- Streaming *
- Business *
- Telecommunications
* Categories can be unblocked after ID verification with residential proxy subscriptions.
Learn more about ID verification
Read our Accessing Target Groups After ID Verification article.
However, besides these restrictions, mobile proxies have further limitations due to risk mitigation reasons. We categorize targets into accessible and restricted groups based on security considerations, which may include blocked sites beyond our standard blacklist. If you have issues accessing a specific target, first check if it falls under the categories mentioned in the article above.
If not, please provide details about the target you can’t access, the use case, traffic consumption, and company information (if any). In some cases, ID verification may be required to grant access to specific targets. Please share this information with our customer support team at [email protected] or via LiveChat.
Once there’s a ticket registered for your request, our compliance team will review it, and you’ll receive an email confirming or declining your access request.
