The most common payment issue is this:
This payment was declined by your bank. Please try again, or use a different payment method. Contact your bank for further information.
The bank can issue a decline due to various reasons. For example, insufficient funds, bank deems transaction fraudulent, invalid CVV code provided in the details, etc.
Please make sure that all the details you have entered are correct. If you're using PayPal, make sure your credit card is linked to the PayPal account.
Transactions coming directly from PayPal account will be declined by our payment processor due to high risk of fraudulent transactions.
If the above does not help, try to contact your bank for more information or try an alternative payment method (cryptocurrencies, PayPal, CC).
If you have paid with cryptocurrencies and your subscription is still showing Processing status, make sure you have sent all the required funds as shown in the CoinPayments page (the same page where you find the wallet to send cryptocurrencies to). Also, note that you will need two confirmations on your payment. After all that is done, it might take up to 15 minutes for the subscription to become Active instead of Processing.
