Payment issues

If you receive the following error:

This payment was declined by your bank. Please try again, or use a different payment method. Contact your bank for further information.

The bank usually issues the decline. This can happen due to various reasons, e.g., insufficient funds, bank deems transaction fraudulent, invalid CVV code provided in the details, etc.

Please make sure that all the details you have entered are correct. If you're using PayPal - make sure your credit card is linked to the PayPal account.

Transactions coming directly from PayPal account will be declined by our payment processor due to high risk of fraudulent transactions.

If the above does not help - try to contact your bank for more information or try an alternative payment method (BTC, PayPal, CC).

If you have paid with BTC and your subscription is still showing "Processing" status - make sure you have sent all the required funds as shown in the CoinPayments page (the same page where you find the wallet to send BTC to). Also, note that you will need 2 confirmations on your payment. After all that is done - it might take up to 15 minutes for the subscription to become "Active" instead of "Processing".
